Organizational Structure

Faculty

The faculty is the implementing element of some of the main tasks of the University and is led by the Dean who is directly responsible to the Chancellor. The faculty is tasked with implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely education and teaching, research and community service, in addition to carrying out the development of the academic community and administrative service activities. In carrying out daily tasks, the Dean is assisted by 2 Deputy Deans, namely:

  1. Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Research, Service, and Cooperation.
  2. Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni.

Study Program

The implementing element of the Tridharma of Higher Education under the faculty is carried out by a study program led by a Head of Study Program who is directly responsible to the Dean. In carrying out daily tasks, the Head of the Study Program is assisted by a Secretary of the Study Program. Currently, FTIK UTI has 7 study programs, namely:

  1. S1 Informatics
  2. S1 Information System
  3. S1 Computer Engineering
  4. S1 Information Technology
  5. S1 Electrical Engineering
  6. S1 Civil Engineering
  7. D3 Accounting Information Systems

Faculty Senate

The Faculty Senate is the highest normative body in the Faculty whose members consist of teaching staff with the position of Professor plus the Dean, Deputy Dean, Head of Study Program, and several lecturers as representatives from each department. The Faculty Senate has the task of formulating basic policies at the faculty level and its function is to provide direction, regulation, supervision, development, assessment and consideration to faculty leaders. The Senate is headed by a Chair who in his daily work is assisted by a Secretary who is elected from among the members of the Senate.

Support Unit

In addition to the above structure, at FTIK UTI also formed several supporting units to strengthen service commitments for the academic community, namely: Information Technology and Network Teams to ensure the fulfillment of facilities that support Information Technology needs in the faculty.
